ABOUT COACH CALLAHAN
Coach Callahan is a retired 50 year veteran of the football wars. He has coached at the High School, Community College and Four Year levels of the game, on the defensive side of the ball. He has coached every individual position group during his career and served in the capacity of Defensive Coordinator for the last 30 years. Coach Callahan has performed the duties of Associate Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator at Mater Dei High School, Cerritos College and Fresno State University and spent his last six years in that position as a member of the prestigious Kansas Community College Jay - Hawk Conference. During His career Coach Callahan has been involved in either running or defending virtually every offensive and defensive scheme in football Power, Option, Spread and Zone,Man, Odd and Even Fronts there deaths, rebirths and evolutions. He has spoken at clinics nation wide including the AFCA National Convention and published several articles some of which can be found in the X&O lab studies. Coach Callahan has worked with and for many outstanding coaches and mentors he has maintained countless relationships with his peers at all levels in the profession, he has compiled an extensive library of videos, playbooks, and installations. He is available to help you and your program at any time and in any way you may need.
